Yes, we do ship internationally via FedEx or UPS for our B2B customers.

Macentech supports various secure payment methods, including local bank transfers, Hong Kong FPS, and international wire transfers only at this moment. Please note that we are now in the process of opening other forms of payment methods. To ensure a smooth transaction, orders are officially confirmed once the full payment has been successfully verified in our account.

Generally for B2B bulk orders, we require 30% deposit upon order confirmation. And once the units are ready to ship, our team will share all serial numbers, devices report and shipping labels. Full order will be dispatched once full payment has been received.

Please note that the issuance of an invoice signifies a finalized agreement. Once an invoice has been generated, the order is considered 100% confirmed and is no longer eligible for cancellation.
