At Macentech, we believe high-performance technology shouldn't come with an environmental tax. We are dedicated to providing premium, sustainable hardware that meets the highest technical standards—whether you’re equipping a global team or upgrading your personal workspace.

We stand behind every device we grade and inspect. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, our straightforward refund process is built to give you total peace of mind. We're not just providing tech; we're providing a smarter, more sustainable way to work.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We want you to be completely confident in your hardware. Our refund policy is designed to be as straightforward as our grading process:
 

  • Technical Faults & Performance: Every Macentech device undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection. However, if a product is defective or fails to meet our performance standards, you are entitled to a full refund or a premium replacement within 30 days of delivery.

  • Certified Pre-Owned Device: If you have purchased a CPO MacBook or iPad, you are eligible for an official 1-Year Apple Warranty upon device activation.

  • Change of Mind: We want your new tech to be the perfect fit. If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 7-Days of receipt for a full refund.

Please ensure all returns are sent back in their original Macentech packaging to maintain the integrity of the hardware during transit.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a request, please contact the Macentech Support Team at sales@macentech.com with the following information:
 

  1. An official invoice from Macentech 

  2. A brief note regarding the main reasons for your return 

  3. Supporting photos (especially if it is a technical fault)


Once received, our customer support team will review your details and guide you through our seamless return process.

3. Return Shipping

  • Performance & Accuracy: If a device is faulty or incorrect, Macentech will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all return costs to ensure your hardware is corrected immediately.

  • Change of Mind: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service such as FedEx or UPS to ensure the device reaches us safely. Devices are expected to send back to our operation hub located in Hong Kong.

4. Processing Your Refund

​​Upon arrival at our Hong Kong warehouse, your device will undergo a quick verification to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We will send a confirmation email the moment your refund has been processed.

5. Exclusions

To maintain our high hardware standards, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-Configured Tech: Devices that have been specifically tailored or customized to your unique business requirements.

  • Modified Hardware: Products showing signs of misuse or any unauthorized internal/external modifications.

  • Incomplete Returns: Items not returned in their original Macentech packaging or "as-delivered" condition.

6. Exchanges

Exchange are only accepted if the device has a manufacturer defect. Please note all exchange requests are subject to product availability and the same terms as refunds.
